Annual Forms

Good afternoon, Splendora Junior High Families!
My name is Harrison Gillaspy, and I am the incoming Principal here at Splendora Junior High. I am looking forward to meeting all of you and working with you and your students this school year.
I am sending this to notify you all of the annual forms requirement. This is mandatory to complete for every returning student in the district. Students will not receive their class schedule or be able to see their teachers until the Annual Forms have been completed for each enrolled student. Families with multiple returning students must complete the forms for each individual student. The forms are live as of today, July 1st. You can access them through the family access section in Skyward.
These updates provide critical student information, such as guardians, emergency contacts, and medical information, enabling the district to communicate with the appropriate people during an emergency. It also includes an Income Survey, which, when completed, helps Splendora ISD to not only secure funding for free meals but also provides these benefits:
School funding - increase funding to ensure ALL students gain the support they need to receive a comprehensive, world-class education
Qualify families for summer EBT
SAT, ACT, AP fees - discounted fees for academic testing
College application fees - discounted fee associated with applying for college
Computer network - SISD may receive additional funding for internet access, wireless, and network
The Annual Update is ONLY for students who were enrolled at the end of the 2025-2026 school year.
